Return Policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle it.

Before You Return Anything

Email us first at [info@stadiumvagabond.com]. No surprise returns, please.

 

What You Can Return

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with the original packing slip.

• You’ll need to let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange when you contact us.

 

What Can’t Be Returned

• Sale items are final—once they’re gone, they’re gone.

• Any item returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

• Items that were damaged by improper use or wear.

 

Damaged or Defective?

If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered:

• Submit a damage report with a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.

• We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

 

Lost Packages

If your package never arrived:

• Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• We’ll work with the courier to sort it out.

 

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

• If the address you entered was incorrect and the package gets returned, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.

• Unclaimed packages returned to us will be held for 30 days, then donated to charity.
